By popular demand I’ve written out the little introduction to the lick I play at the start of the video. It’s a bit of pick and fingers-style rock n roll rhythm guitar, similar to Scotty Moore’s playing on Mystery Train (check out a video I did on that song here.) Thumb/thumb-pick/pick plays the bass, fingers play the higher notes. I may well look at this technique in more detail in a future lesson.
